German Employers’ Associations call for more competitiveness

(de-news.net) – The President of the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA), Rainer Dulger, has called for a paradigm shift in economic policy. He emphasized that the next government must prioritize Germany’s competitiveness in the political agenda. Dulger highlighted affordable energy prices, increased net income, the reduction of bureaucracy, and a shift in labor market and migration policies as central points of a governmental agenda. Additionally, he asserted that the next government must comprehend that the state cannot meticulously control and regulate the economy, as such attempts have previously failed in the GDR.
