(GermanPolicy.com) – Refugees from Ukraine should be registered as soon as possible. This is to ensure that they receive “the best possible care, access to health care and integration into school and work,” as was explained by general manager Landsberg from the Association of Towns and Municipalities. Landsberg, however, said that due to the high number of refugees, registration was not easy to implement.

The Health Ministers’ Conference has already agreed that quick and uncomplicated access to medical care should be guaranteed. This is a humanitarian task. Meanwhile, the Federal Police has announced that around 288,000 refugees from Ukraine had been registered in Germany, so far.
