Nestlé CEO would accept sugar tax, but expresses skepticism

While the reduction of sugar content in products like ketchup is relatively straightforward, it poses significant challenges for chocolate. The reduction of sugar in chocolate or salt in ready-made meals frequently impacts taste. For example, when Nestlé reduced the salt content in their pizzas, some consumers perceived a decline in flavor quality. Similarly, the reduction of salt in Maggi soups resulted in some individuals compensating by adding additional salt themselves.
