BDI against hurdles for foreign investment

The Federal Association of German Industry (BDI) has criticized the reform of the Foreign Trade and Payments Act. Foreign investors had created millions of jobs, a BDI official said. The reorganization of the foreign trade law with hurdles for foreign companies is a mistake that could deter investors, according to the BDI. State subsidies should instead stimulate the economy.
