The Lufthansa Supervisory Board has approved, following the vote of the group management, the Federal Government’s rescue package for the airline. This also includes requirements of the EU Commission. “After an intensive discussion, we decided to agree to the proposal of the management board,” said the chairman of the Supervisory Board. He stated that his body recommended that the shareholders “go along this path” on the occasion of the extraordinary general meeting on June 25, in order to see the airline stabilized.
