By 2030, two thirds of cars in Germany with electric drive

(GermanPolicy.com) – According to a study by the management consultancy EY, the proportion of electric cars will be 32 percent of all new registrations in the coming year already. This corresponds to 1.18 million purely electric cars as well as hybrids. By 2030, two thirds of the car market would then consist of electric cars. In 2021, 40 percent of Germans who want to buy a new car would opt for an electric car.
