The director of the EU agency in charge of disease control has warned of a second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic. Andrea Ammon, who heads the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), said the question is not whether, but when and how hard a second wave will hit Europe. Immunity in the EU is 2 to 14 percent, thus 85 to 90 percent of the population is still at risk. Maintaining distance is still crucial, Ammon said.
