The head of the Hamburg Vaccination Center and president of the Virchow Association, Heinrich, recommended mobile vaccination campaigns, as well as immunization in the vaccination centers without the need for an appointment. People with a migration background and socially weaker groups of the population have so far used the offers to a lesser extent.

Health politician Dittmar (SPD) added that it was necessary to make sure that people in pedestrian zones, housing estates and at events were vaccinated. The Saarland Prime Minister Hans (CDU) made the suggestion to raffle off attractive prizes for those among the population who are vaccinated or planning to get a vaccination.
